SPRINT BOAT RACE #2! 

  

We're excited to see everyone and want to update you on some changes at Extreme Sports Park.

 

Pit Openings and Registration:

Pits open at noon on Thursday. Melody P., ASBR Secretary, will distribute paperwork to racers who prepaid by Monday, September 2nd, at midnight. Late registration incurs a $50 fee. Melody will be available:

 

Thursday: 2 pm – 7 pm

Friday: 2 pm – 4 pm & 7 pm – 9 pm

Saturday: 6 am – 8 am (for pre-arranged early registrations)

 

Ensure your ASBR membership is current, and your hot crew members are in good standing. Everyone must sign the pit waiver upon entry.

 

Camping and Wristbands:

Each team receives 2 camping spots and 6 wristbands. Additional tickets can be purchased online or at the pit gate. Send your team’s camping list to info@asbracing.com at least 24 hours before arrival. Only one camper or race trailer is allowed per team in the pits. 

 

Gate Closing Times:

The pit gate closes at 11 PM. Late arrivals must park along Pit Road until it reopens at 6 AM. Visit www.extremesportspark.net for tickets and camping passes.

 

Membership and Waivers:

To meet insurance requirements, everyone must fill out a hard copy of the membership form and sign the hot pit waiver. These forms are legal documents—please fill them out correctly.

 

Show and Shine Event:

Join us for the Show and Shine event from 4 pm to 6:30 pm at Elwha Food & Fuel.
