Hot Pit Access & Membership Requirements

Membership Requirements for Race Participants:

To ensure compliance with insurance regulations, APBA and ASBR memberships are required for all individuals directly involved in race operations. This includes:
- Drivers
- Navigators
- Hot pit crew members  

These memberships are mandatory for participation in these roles and are strictly enforced for insurance coverage purposes.

Please note that memberships do not include:
- Pit passes
- Camping privileges
- General admission tickets to the race venue  

These items must be purchased separately.

If you are part of a pit crew but will not be working in the hot pits, a membership is not required.

We appreciate your cooperation in helping us maintain a safe and compliant racing environment.

Saturday Morning Final Sign-Ups

We will accept pre-arranged last-minute sign-ups on Saturday morning from 6:30 AM to 8:30 AM in the pits.

IMPORTANT: Online membership registration closes Thursday at 8:00 AM.
To sign up at the race, you must email us in advance.

Membership and Waivers:

To meet insurance requirements, everyone must fill out a hard copy of the membership form and sign the hot pit waiver. These forms are legal documents—please fill them out correctly.​
