Hot Pit Access & Membership Requirements
Every person entering the hot pit area must have a current ASBR Membership—no exceptions. This is essential for insurance coverage and overall event safety. Anyone found in the hot pits without a membership will be removed immediately. Violations put the event—and the future of the sport—at risk.

Saturday Morning Final Sign-Ups
We will accept pre-arranged last-minute sign-ups on Saturday morning from 6:30 AM to 8:30 AM in the pits.
IMPORTANT: Online membership registration closes Thursday at 8:00 AM.
To sign up at the race, you must email us in advance.
Membership and Waivers:
To meet insurance requirements, everyone must fill out a hard copy of the membership form and sign the hot pit waiver. These forms are legal documents—please fill them out correctly.

ASBR Pro Racing Series: Shared Boat Application
ASBR is now accepting applications for teams who wish to share a boat for the 2025 race season. Due to the potential for confusion, all shared boat situations must be pre-approved by ASBR officials. Please complete the form below and submit it no later than Monday before race week
